AI chat conversations are starting to seep into every aspect of a consumer's life. Consider this scenario: one of a hungry bunch of flatmates asks ChatGPT about quick dinner ideas and local delivery options. A back-and-forth about cuisines, budgets, and who's joining. Restaurants are currently absent from that conversation, even when the diner is a few clicks away from deciding.
This partnership puts them in the customer's journey at a much earlier stage in the discovery process. Diners can discover, decide, and order within that initial conversation with ChatGPT. MCP apps open up new surfaces for heymate's restaurant network to reach customers where conversations are already happening. As Claude apps, voice agents, and the next wave of surfaces emerge, we'll extend the same model to heymate's network.
