By accessing or using Noodle Seed, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/EEA). If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement (or have parental/guardian consent to do so)
• If using on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Noodle Seed is a no-code platform that helps businesses reach 800 million people asking AI. We enable you to:

• Build your presence across major AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, and more)
• Manage appointments and bookings through AI conversations
• Accept payments inside AI agents
• Automatically expand to new AI platforms as they emerge

We continuously improve our platform based on usage patterns and feedback.

To access Noodle Seed's full features, you'll need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to use Noodle Seed for lawful purposes only. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation

When you use Noodle Seed, you provide information about your business, services, and offerings. By doing so:

• You grant us permission to publish this information to AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• You confirm that you have the right to share this information
• You represent that the information is accurate and not misleading
• You retain ownership of your business information

We use your information solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

To ensure quality service for all users, we enforce reasonable usage limits:

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees as stated on our pricing page
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers
• Founding member pricing is locked in for life (as advertised)
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee after you publish your business to AI platforms:

• Request a refund within 30 days of going live
• Contact support@noodleseed.com with your refund request
• We'll process approved refunds within 5-7 business days
• Your account will be closed upon refund

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals or after the 30-day period.

We strive to maintain high availability, but:

• The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues
• We'll notify you of planned maintenance when possible
• We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) are outside our control

We're not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability
• Freedom from errors or viruses

We don't guarantee specific results from using Noodle Seed, including customer acquisition or revenue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Noodle Seed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• This includes lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100, whichever is greater)
• These limitations apply even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain liability limitations, so these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noodle Seed, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Your business information or content

Noodle Seed provides a read-only companion app on AI platforms such as ChatGPT. By using the Noodle Seed app within an AI platform, you agree to the following additional terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We'll update the "Last Updated" date
• We'll notify you via email for significant changes
• We'll post a notice on our platform

Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, please stop using Noodle Seed.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Noodle Seed.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them without restriction.

No Agency: These Terms don't create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
