Who these terms apply to
These terms are between you and TheNoodleSeed Corporation, doing business as Noodle Seed. They cover our public website, waitlist and early-access forms, and our own SMS assistance program. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to act on its behalf. You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms or the permission required under applicable law.
Separate agreements govern the developer platform, paid services, and any product access you later accept. Joining the waitlist does not accept a paid order. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information; agreement to these terms is not consent to optional marketing or tracking.
Joining the waitlist
Joining records your interest in access. It does not create a product account, grant access, reserve a queue position, or start a paid subscription. There is no charge to join.
Product availability
The website describes the product and its intended experiences. Availability and pricing will be shared as access opens. Joining does not guarantee access on a particular date.
Developer platform terms
The existing Noodle Seed developer platform remains a separate service. Its terms are available at developer.noodleseed.com/terms.
Using the website responsibly
Provide accurate information and use only contact details and content you are authorized to share. Do not use the website, forms, or SMS service for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, infringement, or disclosure of another person’s private information without authority. Do not introduce malware, disrupt the service, evade security or rate limits, or access information or systems without permission. These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
Your content and our materials
You retain the rights you have in the information and content you submit. You give us permission to process that content to provide the requested service, respond to you, protect the service, and meet legal obligations, as described in our privacy policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us or authorize its publication as a testimonial.
The website’s software, design, branding, and original materials belong to Noodle Seed or its licensors. You may access and use them for their intended purpose. Separate licenses govern materials explicitly released under an open-source or other license. Do not imply endorsement by Noodle Seed, Google, OpenAI, or another named platform without authorization.
AI responses and examples
AI-generated responses may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. Check information that matters before relying on it. An answer is not professional medical, legal, or financial advice and does not confirm a booking, payment, account change, or other action unless the relevant service separately confirms that action. Product demonstrations and examples do not guarantee a capability, result, or integration is available to you.
Do not use the SMS assistant for emergencies or send information that requires a confidential or regulated professional relationship. Its specific capabilities and messaging conditions are described below.
Third-party services
Links to, and use of, third-party platforms may be subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or content. A reference to a platform does not mean that the platform sponsors or endorses Noodle Seed. The availability of any integration depends on its actual release, permissions, and the provider’s requirements.
Stopping use and service restrictions
You may stop using the website at any time, ask to leave the waitlist, unsubscribe from optional updates, or stop SMS replies using the instructions below. Removing your waitlist interest does not automatically delete every record; our privacy policy explains retention and requests.
We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about a mistake. Urgent protective action may happen without advance notice.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but the public website and free assistance may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. To the extent permitted by applicable law, they are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free content. We do not guarantee a commercial outcome from joining the waitlist or using an example.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Separate paid-service agreements, if accepted, set out their own service commitments and liability terms.
Changes and resolving concerns
We may revise these terms when the website or services change, to address safety or misuse, or to meet legal requirements. We will identify the revision date and provide appropriate notice of material changes, including advance notice where required. We will obtain agreement where required by law. Changes do not retroactively change rights that have already accrued.

These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim in a court available under applicable law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Noodle Seed SMS assistance
TheNoodleSeed Corporation, doing business as Noodle Seed, operates SMS assistance at +1 844 398 1786 for public product and support questions. You choose to text us first. Sending a question permits replies in that exchange, including responses to follow-up questions you send. We do not initiate conversations, send unsolicited follow-ups, or enroll you in marketing or recurring messages. Message frequency varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply. Participation is optional and is not a condition of purchase or access to our services.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive an opt-out confirmation, after which assistant replies stop. To resume, send START or UNSTOP and then your question. Reply HELP for messaging help, or contact [email protected]. After opting out, use email for help or opt back in before texting HELP.
Responses are generated by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. This pilot answers public questions and cannot verify your identity, access private account information, or change your account. SMS is not an emergency service. Delivery depends on carrier availability and service activation. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Businesses using our platform with their numbers are responsible for their own sender verification, consent, messaging disclosures, and customer support. Our platform replies on their behalf only to conversations their customers initiate; consent is specific to the business and conversation.
